State of the Ozarks Festival is today on Downing Street from 10:00am to 6:00pm. Please be alert to pedestrians throughout downtown and increased traffic during this time.
State of the Ozarks will host their annual fall festival this Saturday, September 14th. Please be alert to increased traffic and pedestrians throughout downtown Hollister during this time. As a reminder, Downing Street closes to traffic at midnight tonight and all cars must be off the street at this time.

The Southern Missouri Arts Connection (SMAC) will present the work of Vicki Liu in a solo exhibit, Of Wind and Sea, at the SMAC Art Center on historic Downing Street in Hollister. The exhibit will run from September 6-28. An opening night reception for the show will be held Friday, September 6, 6-9 p.m., in conjunction with State of the Ozarks (SOTO) First Friday Art Walk. Water is now being restored to the areas previously listed. There may be signs of cloudy water that is just air that is present in the water line. Please turn on faucts to house to help with clearing of your service lines. Will continue to flush till air has all been removed thank you.

There will be a brief water outage as public works installs new pressure regulator valve for the old mill area. The following areas will be affected include: Crabtree, Pinetree, Scott St and also Old mill rd. Water will be shut down starting at 8:15 a.m for approximately one hr Will notify when water has been restored
